One important aspect of Wraparound Tulsa is the educational courses we provide for the parents/caregivers and youth in the wraparound process. Below is a detailed description of each course and a downloadable flyer.

Education
Behavioral Crisis Management Training is held on a monthly basis for all the Wraparound Tulsa parents/caregivers. The techniques they learn help them to more effectively handle the many and various situations they face in dealing with special needs children, as well as all their children. The class focuses on preventive methods for ongoing crises as well as de-escalation of crisis should it actually occur. BCMT Flyer
Hope for Tomorrow (developed by NAMI Utah) provides mental health information and life skills training to youth and parents. Hope for Tomorrow enhances health education, character education and community of caring values. The Hope for Tomorrow program consists of three key mental health topics: an introduction to mental health, eating disorders and addictive disorders (alcohol and substance abuse). Hope for Tomorrow Flyer
Becoming a Love and Logic Parent® is a parenting program that is a win-win approach to parenting. This program teaches parents how to raise kids who are self-confident, motivated and ready for the world. The kids will win because they will learn responsibility and the logic of life by solving their own problems. And the parents will win because they will establish healthy control - without resorting to anger, threats, nagging, or exhaustive power struggles. Becoming a Love and Logic Parent® puts the fun back in parenting! Becoming a Love and Logic Parent Flyer and Becoming a Love and Logic Parent, 0-5 Flyer
